Ann Fossum, R.N., B.S.N., assists in the church’s healing role by facilitating a holistic health ministry dedicated to the care of body, mind and spirit. This includes assessing and identifying health and wellness needs of church members, visiting church members in their homes upon referral, providing support after hospitalization or during crises, and serving as a resource for church members in regards to health-related supportive services. Lorie Benovic, MA, provides evaluations and assessments of the physical and health needs for the frail and elderly. She also organizes volunteers to respond to specific client needs and provides consultation to clients and families during periods of transition, such as hospitalizations and nursing home placements.
